A placement consists of a minimum of 50 hrs working in an organisation of your choice. The organisation will be within the creative industries in UK or any other country where you wish to work in the future. Your role will be negotiated by the college to insure it is useful to you.
The purpose of the placement:
- To give you direct insight into an industry you may not have experienced in order to explore work flow and work culture and potential career paths
- To reinforce or confirm a career direction you may already have experienced
- To share with others your experience and knowledge of the creative industries
- To inform your major project
- To enhance your CV
