Zhijing Qu identifies herself as an interior designer and a curator, who has a keen interest in exploring the relationship between the space and the informative experience that could offer, and interested in participatory design.

She studied interior and exhibition design in Hangzhou Normal University of Qianjiang college.

She participated in a "Decorative Painting Design" project for which she received the second award for beautiful aesthetic academic achievement. She has designed several installations and exhibitions including recently an exhibition called "Agender" and public participatory installations for a music festival.

Nowadays she attends the MA course Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martins, focus on how to use the narrative in the space. Study the relationship between narrative, people and environments. She with the British Library to produce an installation on anti- racism and now.
