Cathou is a London-based writer, editor and transmedia storyteller. Since receiving her BA in english and creative writing from Concordia University in Montreal, she has worked in concept and storyline creation for installation, short film, visual art exhibitions and online performance, with a particular interest in spatial narratives. Fascinated by stories of isolation in oversaturated spaces, her practice seeks alternative perspectives that inspire reflection and wonder in the everyday. She has worked to research, conceptualize and develop contemporary art projects that have been displayed or are forthcoming in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Frankfurt, Middelberg (Netherlands), Dubai and London. She was also the former editor in chief of the The Void, an arts and literary magazine. Recently, her fiction has appeared in Matrix Magazine, Bad Nudes and on Metatron's blog, Omega.
