Gibraltar is ideally located to lead the race to get a foothold in Africa. A new, international women's university is established to support cultural and economic exchange. The university is co-located in Gibraltar, Tanger and Ceuta forming a triangle that provides a doorway to and from Africa. The initiative, funded by the EU, is exhibited in Brussels on a ship. Politicians, NGOs and academics can follow individual's stories, see and touch handmade products and understand the economic contribution made by entrepreneurial craftswomen.
